The GUARANÁ Robotic Soccer Team

The GUARANÁ, from the Escola Politécnica da USP, is the 1998 FIRA Micro Robot World Cup Soccer Tournament (MIROSOT) Vice-Champion. The GUARANÁ  Team, from the Escola Politécnica da USP, won the vice-championship at the 1998 Micro Robot World Cup in a Tournament held in Paris, France during the 1998 Soccer World Cup. GUARANÁ  is the result of the fusion of the teams FUTEPOLI from the (Escola Politécnica da USP) and the UNESP Team from (UNESP-Bauru). These teams were 4th and 2nd place at the First COPA BRASIL DE FUTEBOL DE ROBÔS - CBFR'98, held at the Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (EPUSP), in April, 1998.
